Meon Valley, A Marriott Hotel & Country Club

The Meon Course at Meon Valley Country Club features 18 championship holes located on the beautiful and undulating Hampshire countryside. The par 71 course cuts through an ancient English oak forest, offering many tight, tree-lined fairways, large bunkers and natural water hazards. Every hole on the Meon Course offers a challenging test of golf. "The Meon Course has everything……the front nine tests your long game and courage, while the back nine requires careful planning and a strong will." Neal Grist – Meon Valley PGA Professional 2008.
The Valley Course at Meon Valley Country Club is a 9-hole golf course, but can be played as an 18-hole course at 5,758 yards and a par 70. The fairways are a bit wider, so it is slightly less demanding than the Meon Course. But the beauty is just as spectacular—the Valley Course is built around the ruins of an ancient Roman village. "The Valley Course is one of the most picturesque and challenging courses in Hampshire. I never tire of playing it and I’m sure that golfers of all standards will feel the same." John Stirling – PGA Captain 1989
